As I’m nearing the end of my twenties and heading toward my thirties I see a lot of change. So far I’ve noticed that a lot of people either got engaged last year or this year. Then there are the weddings. So a lot are getting married.
My own cousins got engaged I guess earlier this year and one of them is now getting married. My other cousin who’s two days younger than me is engaged and going to be married probably next year or later this year.
It really makes you think about those around you and yourself. Have you or will you meet the person you will spend the rest of your life with? Is time catching up with you? Are you to take the next step if you have found that person? How long does it take for you to know that the person you’re with is the person you’re going to spend the rest of your life with?
How do you know? Do you spend time thinking about them? Do you wish you were with them? Do you miss them when they’re not here?
I just hope one day I meet the person I’ll spend the rest of my life with.
