Happy 2013!



So my goal for 2013 like every person out there is to lose weight. To keep me honest I have got a date book that I keep with me to keep track of how many miles I’ve biked each day. 

I’ve been good so far with writing down the details. I hope that this help me loose the extra weight I’ve had. 

I hope that this doesn’t make me eat more junk than the calories that I lose. It would be very awkward.
I hope to keep a weekly update as best as I can. Look at how often I blog. I think this is just for me.

Fat calories: 65.7
