8-23-07 Weight Loss Day 2..

breakfast:
- 1 cup of dannon yogurt 99% fat free. hmm i think i should have said something yesterday.

lunch:
- 1 bowl of soup - butternut squash
- salad - 5 cherry tomatoes - sunflower seeds - ranch dressing - croƻtons
- a little bit of dirty rice
- a little bit of jambalaya
- 1 box cereal with milk - special k
- 1 1/2 cup green tea

snack:
- full throttle 16oz can

snack:
- 2 cheese (light on cheese) quesadilla
- 2 crackers
- 1/2 serving dried mangos
- 3/4 serving honey roasted peanuts

dinner:
- 1 1/4 bowl of soup - butternut squash?
- 1/4 bowl rice
- 1 curry chicken drumstick
- veggies - bok choi
- 2 granola bars
- 1-3 cups green tea
