I woke up this morning to some knocking?

I do not know how that happened but I heard some knocking. I woke up just before 11 a.m. I am starving at 12.05 p.m. and wonder what there is to eat in the house. At this rate, it might be easier for me to make some Pasta-roni or Rice-a-roni. I am starving so I am just going to make lunch and call it even.

A day off...

I woke up about 12.05 p.m. Eye update it is getting better and turning yellow. I hope it does go away sooner than two weeks. I am hoping to study today and make some food. I am hungry. The pizza is almost baking in the oven. I am going to pop it on right now so that I have food!

Dead skunk...

I had a tiring day. I felt like I never should have left bed when I headed to my teacher’s assistant job. It is not a job but it is a class. Then when I headed to my 10.30 a.m. class, I really wanted to go to sleep. I fought all the urges to, but I could see that even the professor could not fight the battles. When I was in my last and final class of the day and week, I could not wait to get out. I felt like I had just been released from prison.

Yeah there was a dead skunk (I saw a stripe so I am assuming it is a skunk) before the Burlingame exit going north on 280. I drove home with no problems. Going the right speed and everything and only sped up when I had to pass a truck.

Too many BMWs…

This morning when I was driving, I thought that maybe highway 280 had rich people because all I saw were BMWs on the road. I saw five. One was new with a family looking like they were looking for something. I mean I know Honda’s are more popular but sometimes I wonder did these people get rich or what? There were 3 white ones and I was somewhat surrounded by them. They were 3 series, but those alone with the minimum are at least $30,000 with a few extras and this is from about 2000 roughly when I was looking into buying a BMW Z3. Oh before the De Anza exit there was a dead something. I happened to be in the lane that someone ran it over in. Eww.

I know why I have been so stressed. I remember last week or the week before making “To Do” lists and since I have stopped, I am now more forgetful and more disorganized. I wonder how that happened. I did without lists before and then started up again and now I have quit temporary. That might be the cause to all of my troubles. At least I figured it out.

Red Eye was a capillary that burst while sleeping…

Ok so my eye will turn green and this could happen again. What are the odds of that happening again? He said it was from a dream I had that I do not remember. I do though! It was I at my mum’s work. It had something to do with time cards. Then I gave up. That is when I woke up. This is what it is called. I went a decided to get a Jamba Juice instead of coffee just because it was closer and because I can pass off Jamba Juice as a meal. Heh heh. Ok time to read before class.

A 3 a.m. wake up call…

It was not 3 a.m. but I know what time it was. It was between 2.53 a.m. and 3.00 a.m. I set the VCR to tape the BBC business news on ABC everyday. Yes, I actually watch it when I do not have school either. They also have some funny stories sometimes. Red Eye day three and counting, but at least I will see the doctor today. I hope to have some good news after I see him or her. I found a good parking spot. Although it took me about five minutes to park, but well worth it since I am not that great of a parker. Now I am just sitting here in the library until it is time for my appointment. I will sit and watch Bounce.

A crack…

I am driving merrily along 280 north and there is a truck carrying something two lanes to the right of me. I am in the second to fastest lane. Out of nowhere this rock the size of a quarter hits my windshield. So now, I have a crack on my windshield the size of a nickel on the driver’s side. Why do bad things happen to good people?

Oh when I was taking my midterm this morning I was crossing my leg and then it hit the table and it swelled a little. Then I crossed my leg and hit it again. You think I would have learned my lesson after the first time. So now, I have this kind of bruise on my knee. What do I do about this? I still have Red Eye. I think its blood, but I am not a doctor so I would not know. That is my guess though. I need sleep. I might just head to bed early tonight because I am really lacking sleep.

Two shots and an early morning…

I woke up a couple of times this morning. I thought that or rather my brother assumed that since I was waking up at the same time every morning that with the time change there would not be a difference. Oh, he was super wrong. I woke up at three in the morning and then at four in the morning until it was about five in the morning when I gave up sleeping.

I proceed to brush my teeth etc. and then boil hot water. I took out the ramen left over from last night and popped it into the microwave. I totally forgot about it until I was at school. Now I am starving but I have granola bars so no worries. Either my short-term memory is as bad as Alzheimer’s or I just do not remember at all. With an iced café latte in my reach, I am still not buzzed. Who said that the best form of caffeine was through a straw? Oh well at least I hoped to be buzzed in a little while. Off to study for a midterm that I must seriously pass.

I woke up with Pink Eye?

I am not sure what Pink Eye is, but if South Park taught me anything, it is bad. Of course, I am not a zombie, but I do know if it is contagious. I went to WebMD for help to see if it could help me out if I have Red Eye or Pink Eye. It might just be do not study and take the day off. But I refuse to give into my laziness. Maybe it was from the red wine and 7 Up I had last night. However, I doubt it. This has never happened to me before. Well I will get to studying. I cannot believe that my file is taking forever to download. Maybe I should add my laptop one to my desktop to see if I can download it. this is ridiculous. It is suppose to be 92 today. Oy I am going to bake.

A wedding...

Tonight was horrible. Ok there were some funny highlights and stuff, but the food was the worse. The cake was excessively sweet. At about $500.00 a table it was not worth is. The funny part was when the groom?s cousin or brother (not sure, because I arrived late) was speaking. They had pictures of when they were in high school and when they were little. I now know how much work goes into that. When it was time for the garter toss the groom was so funny and the music they had (Mission Impossible, Jeopardy final question theme, and one other) and eventually he found it and took it off. The one who caught it was the MC of the night.

Then after everyone was done eating, they played games on the bride and groom. The groom had to guess who his bride was by running their fingers through his hair. He was blindfolded and sitting on the chair. The MC was doing somewhat obscene dancing it was hilarious though. Of course, there was a baby and he thought the baby was. It was probably safer for him to go with the baby. His bride chose the wrong guy who kissed her thinking it was the groom.

A reunion...

I found the house ok and parked right in front. It was wonderful. Not everyone was there, but it still felt special. I saw almost everyone and Scott was super. He had bad shots of everyone and so I was glad. My nickname turned out to be “koolaid”. I thought I would be called “Big Red” because of my jacket, but “koolaid”? Well after the movie was over my arm got a cramp. I do not know how, but it did. It was just nice sitting there laughing at all the funny shots of what happened. It was nice to see everyone’s spring break. In addition, how beautiful everything was.

It made me want to go back and spend more time there. We talked about how cheap it was go get to London and that if we went we had to see other parts of Europe. The last segment was of Stourhead. The song was “Tears in Heaven” by Eric Clapton. I really did wonder if we did any studying. Spending time in the clubs and pubs seems like all we did. If I could show that video, I would. There are pictures I would get rid of, but I did not make it so I would not know the first thing about editing. If it ever is put onto a website, I will let you know.

Morning of the reunion…

Well I woke up at 11.35 a.m. and went to bed last night roughly 2.30 a.m. I feel rested so it is reasonably good. I have so much to do today. I have to “clean” and I have to study. I am trying to get the entire “cleaning” done first then off to study. The reunion is set for 9.00 p.m. I will report with all of the details. Ok I am going to have lunch and “clean” at the same time.

Hungry and still tired...

Since I have been up, I have made lunch and looked up the rest of the terms that I have to study for. The TV is one and I will turn it off. Now I am looking for songs to listen to and to add to my many mp3s that I have already. I have not done anything productive. I guess I will stop for the day after watching Sister Sister.

A bad day overall?

I leave school no problem. Fill up gas no problem. Went looking for the freeway to go to Circuit City could not find it, but then remembered the mall and was like oh yeah I'm going the right way. Then I leave and I see a sign for the alternate route for 101 North. I am driving on the freeway and thinking this is not so bad. I went 80 but then I slowed down. I then proceeded to head to Stanford for a paper that I have to write. I arrive ok at Stanford but I could not find the building! I mean that campus is huge and confusing. I went the wrong way and then I tried to make a U-turn but in the lot I messed up the car. :( I gave up when I could not find it and just decided to go home. Then I on Sand Hill Road and I thought I was going the wrong way. However, I was going the right way then went the other way because I was having second thoughts. I was wrong. I was going the right way.

I am driving and no problems going to Circuit City at Serramonte when I am stopped by some bloke who said, “I notice you got a dent or hole (it’s a mix of both) and talked on and on. I said, “Ok and maybe when I get home or something.” I do not remember what I said exactly but something like that. Therefore, he goes ahead and fixes it for me while I am in the store and I call people left and right asking for help. So then I come back to see it’s fixed and I was, “WTF?” and he said, “Rather than wasting time I fixed it for you.” For some reason he thought I worked at a bank or something. Tried to get $150.00 out of me and the end it was $60.00 and now I have a spot on the car. Not only did I come out of the store empty handed but to a fixed car and to lose $60.00. How horrible is that?

I arrive home to get al my stuff and then go to buy a lottery ticket. I am hoping to win the $ 99 million. When I leave the shop, I find a quarter heads up. I thought ok this makes up for my bad day. Since the writing of the rest, this I found out I won a dollar! Yay! Now I just have to hope that no one won the $99 million.

Nothing interesting on the roads…

I mentioned yesterday seeing a dead deer on the side of the road and it is before the Sand Hill exit. However, after seeing that there I saw something else. Not sure what it was, but maybe something smaller? I drove in a circle to find parking. I thought I would get lucky like last week and park close to school but remain on 11th street. Boy was I wrong and I had to make a turn and parked on 10th street, which is not too bad since it is close than I have parked. You would think that the street cleaning signs would matter unless they were those that said First and Third _____day of the month. Ok I am now off to the gym to read before my yoga session or that is the plan. I will later report on how it went at Circuit City, the gas stations (yes I have to go to two per my mum's orders), and the museum.

4 a.m. again...

This is the second morning that I have awakened at four something in the morning. it was not fun. Going back to sleep until it was time to get up was hard. Going back to sleep only to get up an hour later is quite difficult. At this point, I know I will end up sleeping in my Buddhism class. Ok off to drive to school. If anything interesting should happen, I will blog at school.

Before and after the Drive home...

Well before the drive home, I had class. It would not be a regular school day without class. While trying to set up before class I was told that I had the highest grade on the midterm. I got a 96! Therefore, we finished watching the movie that we started about three weeks ago. When I was watching it, I nearly fell asleep. At least I can sleep better in this class that in my Buddhism class. Well after we finished watching the movie, we got a nice 10-minute break. After we did our presentation my partner and I she handed back the midterms. I already knew how well I did and she said the highest was 96 so I knew it was I. After class, I said that this is an easy class compared to my others.

I drove slow...but sometimes I went over the limit. I hate the traffic near 19th avenue. There are crazy drivers all around everywhere on the roads all the time. My two cents until my brother goes insane over an employee at Circuit City at Serramonte or near there. I finished everything on my list except watch a movie.

Speeding again, but not caught...

Dead deer at or rather before Page Mill road because my short-term memory sucks I cannot recall. However, I saw it there on the slow side of the road. It is a big deer. At least it was not as graphic as the one I saw last time. I am so excited about November 21! I get to see Michelle Branch! I cannot wait! One month from now and it will seem like forever, but I know how fast time flies so it will be here in no time.

About the title, I saw a C.H.P. vehicle well not really but cars were slowing down and I thought that was a little odd. Then I looked to see the C.H.P. car. Boy they do not think that if all cars are going about the same then there is no way he can catch anyone. Oh, if I have not mentioned before I have a thing about Subaru’s. They get on my nerves. When I was driving there was a Stratus which I thought was an Intrepid (same maker but different model) the bloke was just cruising! Everyone thought it was me only to find out it was some guy just relaxing while driving in the morning. I swear sometimes that those drivers should just hangout in the slow lane.

Ok at school safely after what seemed like a crazy day on the roads. Now to get started on my reading and take my mind off everything that has happened this morning. I wonder if I should leave late today to be stuck in traffic on purpose…no that will just make me more of a road rage person. I had a scare when I thought I broke my laptop from the internet settings. I could not log into my e-mail account not could I publish my blog. I had changed the settings on Sunday and totally forgot and my brother did not even use the internet so he would not have noticed the difference unless he was trying to log into something. I am also forgetful because I forgot to take out the CD that I erased last night that I was going to use to burn Shaolin Soccer. Rats.

Ok I think I have gotten back my lead foot problem. I was going fast. Sometimes while driving I wonder if I rolled over dead stuff. I know I saw a possum at the exit near Sand Hill. That was a little too much for me. I know I ran over stuff today. There are all these stains on the freeway. I wonder if they had them there when I was getting a ride back, but then again I was sleeping some of the time. As I was driving in the somewhat slow lane or the slow lane this car was exiting and they almost hit me. That is so bad. In addition, lucky I was far away enough ahead of the car in the next lane to switch. I parked the car perfectly today.

The “gas guzzling”…

I think it all started when I was heading for 280 south. I had no idea I would start my week speeding and end up going faster than expected. Maybe now I should explain the title. I was going more than 80 so obviously I was using up a lot of gas. Then I thought maybe I could park on 11th Street and then I could just drive forward or keep going until I reach the gas station. If there is one thing that I have learned today is that cars on 11th Street do not move. So I ended up curing at the S.U.N. permit parking. No that is what it says on the street signs. Then there is the H.O.R.C.E. M.A.N.N. ones. If I were not graduating soon I probably would care more. So I ended up back where I usually park. Then I did the special key turning thing so that the alarm would not go off when I did not leave the car. I did not think twice about it until I was a block away thinking did I lock the car? I went back to check luckily it was still there and unharmed. So I learned that if I do that I must lock the doors. Usually the alarm does it for me but since I did that deactivate the alarm thing I have to manually lock it. So that’s my two cents of today. Oh when I was driving there was some crazy car going so fast behind me I just decided if he wanted to pass me by he could switch lanes.
