Forgetful again...

I did my laundry and some of you know that I do not do it often. When I do, it is a couple of loads. I am about to dry my clothes when I find in my trouser (pants) pocket my library card. I forgot I put it there and I forget to check my pockets. I usually do not have anything in them so I never check. It now has a corner that is split in half sort of. The rest of the card is still in tact. Lesson learned today is checking all pockets before doing laundry.
