Who knew Cantonese was a good thing...

Today I did a good deed. I helped a senior citizen fix his laptop or at least I tried for a long time. I just do not know what was wrong with it. I spent a good amount of time on it. Cut into my study time but worth it. he thanked me for helping him the best I could, but in the end some bloke fixed it for him. I do not know what was wrong, but probably the same problem I had with mine when I first got it or using it at home. He tried to show me that it was fixed but then the network for the entire library, even the check out system died. He is retired and came here from Hong Kong almost five years ago and he is trying to become a citizen. He has a song in North Carolina.
