Arguments over sugar...

So is sugar bad for you? White sugar? That is the debate currently at my house. White sugar is bad for you and will kill you. I say sugar is sugar and if you do not have a lot of it (eating straight sugar not the stuff found in foods you cannot control) then you should be ok. Sugar can be an argument. WTF!? Moreover, that is my two cents, rant, and rave of the day.
